Come join us at the Orangetheory Fitness in Marietta, GA for an energetic high-intensity workout that will get you on the right track to achieving your fitness goals.
With the Orangetheory Fitness 60-minute, heart-rate monitored group gym session, you'll burn calories while building strength. Each interval session is a blend of cardio and strength training with treadmill training, indoor rowing machines, TRX suspension training, weight training blocks, and floor exercises.
Orangetheory workouts are backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC) and are designed to keep your heart rate within a targeted zone that increases your metabolism and energy. When this occurs, you have additional energy and burn more calories for 24-36 hours after your workout. It's what we call the Orange Effect!
Please notify your Orangetheory personal trainer before the start of any gym session if you have any physical limitations so that they can make any necessary adjustments to your session for your safety. As you plan on taking part in your very first Orangetheory workout, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your start time so that we are able to properly prepare you for the most efficient, science-based workout you'll ever experience.
Whether you would like to build your power and strength, increase your endurance, or are looking to tone up or lose weight, Orangetheory Fitness has the supportive environment and right workout to help you achieve your goals. Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
